Reluctlant sale of my Catrike Speed.

I bought it in early 2008, but I'm having to admit that recumbents
aggrivate my knee injury so I'm moving it on to
someone who can actually ride it, not just look at it or occasionally sit
in it.

It's standard apart from the tyres which I changed for a Schwalbe
marathon Supreme on the back and Kojak's on the front. The Stelvios that came with it are OK for racing but a little fragile for our roads.

In the resources section there are manuals, specs etc that you can download. They no longer make the Speed, the closest model is the 700 which is basically the same trike with a 700c rear wheel.

It comes with a triple chainset and a wide ratio 9 speed rear cassette
which can get you up steep climbs (I live in Devon!)
The brakes are fantastically powerful Avid discs. It is such fun to chuck around the bends with a very low centre of gravity, you can lift the inside wheel cornering if you want.

The trike is located in Crediton, Devon. Test rides and inspections welcome. If you wish to buy it and cannot travel down you can either arrange a man with a van type courier via shiply.com or If you give me a few days I can part dissasemble the trike and box it up.The trike will fit in most estate cars with the seats down, it went in a Nissan Primera estate without having to change the boom length when set for me at 5' 10" with an inside leg of 32".
