SS version of the reputed Bacchetta Corsa: higher-end, even lighter components. 2009 model, same specifications and components as the 2010 Corsa S/S, with the addition of an ultra light American Classic Sprint 350 wheelset and a Campagnolo Chorus rear brake.
Almost new, around 900km, in excellent condition.

Medium size frame and seat, should fit a rider from 1,60 to 1,90m although as with any highracer of this type one should try it first.
Accessories (luggage, pedals, lights, mirror, water bottle holders, computer) not included. Price when new is apparently ?2250, not counting the upgraded wheelset.

I think that this is out of my league, but i'm working on a plan to build up a Bachetta using my own components...would you recommend it?
I live near plenty of hills in Yorkshire, and need something to get up and down well. Currently on a Kingcycle.

I believe a picture is worth a thousand words...
These pictures were taken at the ridge about 5 minutes before the arrival of the first riders from the upright group I had started that climb with.
I too believed that recumbents didn't climb that well until I got that Bacchetta.
I believe its superlight upgraded wheels and tyres help quite a bit.

Col du Noyer also happens to be on the 2010 Tour de France itinerary.
