A big thanks to Kevin at D-Tech who rang me this morning in Denmark to go over my options regards a 2 wheeler.

We chatted for an hour about motorbikes, rabbits, hedgehogs, sugar beet and 5 minutes about possible options.

Having never met Kevin before I am glad this first meeting was not in a pub, because we would have never got out.

I was set on a Baron and Kevin could quite easily have been boxing one up today and making a profit on a bike that was unsuitable for me. Instead he gave me some ideas to think about and asked me to do some research on bikes and give him another call.

This is great customer service and I appreciate it.

Kevin, even if the dealer will sell it to me direct, I will be doing business with you. So make sure it fits on the aeroplane.
