Posted by: Stefan Chilcott (IP Logged)

Hi all,
am after a longtail to replace my increasingly tired and overloaded bicycle! Does anyone have one of these rare beasts for sale?

I am based in Bristol, but willing to travel!

Many thanks

Stefan

Hi stefan,

I have a Kona Ute for sale. It is as new, only been ridden about 100 miles. It has one large pannier. I also have a set of deck spacers, which I got from Practical Cycles. These enable you to use Yuba Go Getter panniers. These are far superior to the Kona panniers in terms of capacity, strength of material and waterproofness. You can see them on the Practical Cycles website at:

I also have abrand new Gamoh King rack that would perfrectly complement the Ute, increase its carrying capacity and help distribute the load more evenly. It's a lovely bit of kit - Japanese maple wood. You can see a picture of it here:

The price for the bike and rack is £550.00 or £495.00 for the bike alone. No offers please as the bike is as new.

I am in Watford, which is not too long a journey from Bristol by train.

I have proof of purchase and I am selling as I was recently made redundant and need to reduce the number of bikes I have in the garage.

Kind regards,

Glyn Hughes

Hi Glyn,

Is the Ute still for sale? If it is, can I ask what the model year and frame size is?

Kind regards,

Chris
