"Tintin's Adventure with Frank Gardener."

there was a good pragram on BBC2 about Tintin.

It was presented by Frank Gardner who was in a wheelchair
witch he had a frontwheel driven by his hands.
Hed going Brussells by train and Berlin too and flown to Moscow.
Hed had a go in some cars driven by Tintin, as apassenger himself.

The hand-cranked wheelchair was, I think, electric.

two websites on it...

A guy in our village had one for a while. It wasn't electrified but he was often to be seen cranking away, it looked like hard work.

Last few times I've seen him he's been in a traditional Wheelchair.

Hence the electric power on this one, I assume.
